texi YOKOHAMA is an initiative of the Yokohama Culture and Tourism Bureau to bring together local factories and creators to create new products and industries. In collaboration with Asahi Casting Industries, which has been challenging complicated shapes and thin walls that are difficult to achieve with ordinary casting, we designed a clothes hanger that is surprisingly lightweight and attempts to shape the structure itself.
