I wanted to make glasses that look delicious. I happened to have an opportunity to meet with a Bodum representative, and we discussed the possibility of creating something together with a double-wall (so-called hollow) glass that would keep cold things cold and warm things warm. In discussing this with Mr. Ideto, we decided to create a beer-like shape when poured, and a combination of the inside of a pilsner glass and the outside of a tapered glass shape was born.
